Make sure that you are offering a good value. Clients shouldn’t have to worry about keeping any part of their business clean- be sure that you cover all the things that need to be done. Attention to detail will turn more clients into repeat customers- people want value for their money!

Market yourself. If you don’t let people know about your janitorial cleaning business, it will never succeed. Use every method you can think of- flyers, web ads, the phone book, classifieds, and any other method that may attract new clients to your business.

Don’t take on more clients than you can handle. You want to offer quality service, and if you are overloaded, then that may be difficult. It’s better to have ten clients that you take good care of, than twenty that you are tempted to cut corners on.
